We have continued housing demand in the East Bay. This month, we are seeing quite an increase in activity across the East Bay - with more homes coming on the market and going into contract in June. Serious buyers are looking for homes in our communities. 

I am working with several that would like to purchase a home prior to the school year starting this Fall!
